Our team-building days are designed to be engaging, informative, and full of fun. Here's a sample of how your day could unfold:
9:30 AM - Arrival & Welcome
Start your day in our welcoming coffee shop where you’ll be greeted with a delicious slice of cake and a freshly brewed coffee. Enjoy a safety briefing and have your riding hats fitted before we get started.
10:00 AM - Meet Your Horses
After the briefing, head over to our yard to meet your horse for the day. Under the guidance of our expert staff, you’ll learn the basics of grooming, picking feet, and tacking up. This hands-on experience is a great way to break the ice and start building rapport within your team.
11:00 AM - Riding Lesson & Outdoor Ride
Once you're ready, it's time to mount and take part in a riding lesson. Our instructors will ensure that all participants, regardless of ability, feel confident and enjoy the experience. Following your lesson, you’ll embark on a scenic walk around the fields, allowing you to enjoy the beautiful surroundings while strengthening team connections.
12:30 PM - Pony Care & Join-Up Techniques
Back at the stables, you'll have the opportunity to bathe your pony and learn some of the fascinating "join-up" techniques used to build trust and communication between humans and horses. This activity is perfect for team bonding and fostering a deeper understanding of non-verbal communication.
1:00 PM - Lunch in Our On-Site Café
Finish your day with a relaxing lunch in our on-site café, where you can reflect on the day's activities and discuss how the lessons learned can be applied in your workplace.
